Twilight Ride, Boston
There was a group ride in Boston called Bike Party. It took place once a month. Depending on the time of year and weather you could expect a few hundred riders. I believe this was the tenth anniversary ride with a thousand riders possibly.
My sister had passed and we were cleaning out the house. In the cellar I did a spontaneous photo shoot with a few quickly arranged items meant to stir your thoughts; What's going on here?
This scene is from an outdoor art exhibition in Newburyport MA
What attracted me to this was the way that the shadows fell on the barn wall.
I took a still life photography class in Portsmouth. My diagnose from two years prior inspired this photo.
If it was not for the Yellow stripes, it would appear to be a Black and White photo.
A truck, long since forgotten, sits and reminisces about times gone bye. Somewhere in rural New Hampshire
SCUL stands for Subversive Choppers Urban League. A group of riders that get together and recycle and build funky bikes. The bikes are referred to as "Ships", and riders are "Pilots". Cool names are given to the bikes and the riders. People here are warming up by riding in circles in Copley square. This was a "Critical Mass" ride.
This picture was taken at Bear Brook State Park in Allenstown.
A new magazine about New Hampshire had just started up and was holding a photo contest with the subject matter being outdoor activities. As soon as I took the picture, I knew it would be a winner. It received first place.
I have a soft spot for stuffed animals. There will be an explanation for that later, so stay tuned. The Gorilla, Bananas Orlando, who was found face down in one of the Disney World gift shops, appears upset over the state of the coffee pot. It was given ventilation at the firing range earlier.
A couple of people have inquired about the pot while I was setting up for the photo. I would jokingly tell them that I work for a firm that investigates defective products. I have to determine if the holes were there when the item was first opened, or after when the customer experienced the caffeine crazies.
Similar to the coffee pot, the toaster met the same fate. Our crow is wondering why we can't have some tasty, seeded rye with butter. The struggle is real!
